1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumina's services at lumina.rest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumina. Please read them carefully before booking a session.

2. Service Description

Lumina provides spiritual consultation services, including but not limited to:

  • Western astrology readings and natal chart analysis
  • Intuitive guidance and channeling sessions
  • Combined sessions integrating multiple modalities
  • Personal development and spiritual coaching

All sessions are conducted remotely at scheduled times. Sessions may be conducted via video call, voice call, or text chat depending on your selected session mode.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Auto-Confirmation: Bookings are automatically confirmed upon successful payment completion via Stripe.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are payable per session.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Session Timing: All session times are displayed in Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8). Please ensure you account for time zone differences when booking.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our rescheduling policy is designed to be flexible while respecting our practitioner's time:

  • 24-Hour Notice: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Unlimited Reschedules: There is no limit on the number of times you may reschedule, provided each change is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Reschedule Link: A unique reschedule token is provided in your booking confirmation email for easy self-service rescheduling.
  • Within 24 Hours: Sessions booked within 24 hours of the start time cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
  • Process: Upon rescheduling, your original session slot is released and a new confirmation is sent with updated details.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations:

If Lumina cancels a session for any reason (including illness, emergency, or technical difficulties), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You may also choose to reschedule to a new time slot at your convenience.

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Cancellations initiated by clients are subject to practitioner discretion. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances and timing. To request a cancellation, please contact us at ask@lumina.rest.

6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. You may book a new session at the standard rate.

7. Service Disclaimer

Spiritual Guidance Only:

The services provided by Lumina are for spiritual guidance, personal development, and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or any other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Medical or Professional Advice:

Astrology readings, intuitive guidance, and channeling sessions are not medical or psychological treatments. Do not use our services as a replacement for professional care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.

Client Responsibility:

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. The insights and guidance provided during sessions are for your consideration and reflection. How you choose to apply or interpret this information is entirely your responsibility.

8. Client Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants, clients agree to:

  • Be respectful and courteous to the practitioner at all times
  • Join sessions on time and in a suitable environment
  • Not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent
  • Not share access credentials or reschedule links with others
  • Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions without refund if client conduct is inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on lumina.rest, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lumina or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

Session content (recordings, transcripts, notes) is confidential between client and practitioner. You may not distribute, publish, or share session content without written permission from both parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Singapore before resorting to litigation.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We may also suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
